ASIAN ALFALFA BOWL (Start of Summer Guide)
Ingredients:
1 cup steamed broccoli florets 1⁄4 cup fresh alfalfa sprouts
Dressing: 1 carrot
small piece fresh ginger Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Assemble steamed veg with sprouts. Blend dressing and drizzle over.
